Renewal Unit Number. The Renewal Unit Number represents the maximum number of units that will be added to the Baseline Renewal Number in subsequent years. This number is based on the Performance Target being met in that particular calendar year. For CY2012 the Renewal Unit Number is 180 units; for CY2013 – CY 2015 it is 403 units; and for CY2016 – CY2018 it is 404 units. The total number of Renewal Units cannot exceed 2600.
