Rent after Termination. Tenant specifically acknowledges and agrees that Landlord shall have the right to continue to collect Rent after any termination (whether said termination occurs through eviction proceedings or as a result of some other early termination pursuant to this Lease) for the remainder of the Term, less any amounts collected by Landlord from the reletting of the Premises, but in no event shall Tenant be entitled to receive any excess of any such rents collected over the Rent.
Rent after Termination. After a Master Lease End Date, Rent shall continue to accrue (in the case of Base Rent) and be payable until the Vehicle is returned to the Lessor or to its order in accordance with Clause 30.2 (Return of Vehicles upon Master Lease End Date) or 30.3 (Repossession of Vehicles).
Rent after Termination. In the event Tenant ceases to conduct its ----------------------- business operations on the Premises or, if Landlord shall at any time be entitled to Rent under this Lease pursuant to any of the covenants, conditions or agreements of this Lease either (1) after termination of Tenant's right to possession without termination of this Lease, or (2) after the termination of this Lease, then Landlord shall recover and Tenant agrees to pay the Basic Rent and any Additional Rent, together with late fees and interest, as provided in this Lease. In the event that Landlord shall elect to terminate this Lease then upon such termination Tenant shall (if it has not already done so) quit and surrender the Premises to Landlord and Landlord may recover from Tenant:
