Common use of Rent Fees Clause in Contracts

Rent Fees. During the Term of this Agreement, TENANT shall pay LANE COUNTY, a single annual, rental payment of $6,871.13 (“Rent”), based upon ATTACHMENT A, Tower Site Rate Schedule. The rates will escalate 3% annually. The parties acknowledge that TENANT already occupies the Property. Rent commences as of July 1, 2015 with the first payment payable within 30 days of the effective date of this agreement and subsequent yearly payments paid on July 1st of each year. An additional one-time payment of $0.00 (ZERO), based upon ATTACHMENT A, is payable within 30 days of the effective date of this agreement. If TENANT requests technical support or site visits from LANE COUNTY to respond to service affecting problems and it is determined that a service affecting problem is on the TENANT side of the issue, LANE COUNTY may xxxx TENANT for the hourly cost of all time involved in evaluating or responding to the request (based upon ATTACHMENT A), including travel time. LANE COUNTY may submit an itemized invoice to TENANT for the actual hourly time involved in responding to the request, including travel time, within forty-five (45) days of the service. TENANT shall pay LANE COUNTY within forty-five (45) days of receipt of invoice.
