Common use of Rent Past Due Clause in Contracts

Rent Past Due. All Rent past due shall bear interest from the date on which the same became due until the date of payment at 5% per annum in excess of the prime interest rate for Canadian Dollar demand loans announced from time to time by any Canadian chartered bank designated by the Landlord.

Rent Past Due. All Rent past due shall bear interest from the date on which the same became due until the date of payment at 52% per annum in excess of the prime interest rate for Canadian Dollar demand loans announced from time to time by any Canadian chartered bank designated by the Landlord.

Rent Past Due. All Rent past due shall bear interest from the date on which the same became due until the date of payment at 5xxxx 2% per annum in excess of the prime interest rate for Canadian Dollar demand loans announced from time to time by any Canadian chartered bank designated by the Landlord.

Rent Past Due. All Rent past due shall bear interest from the date on which the same became due until the date of payment at five percent (5% %) per annum in excess of the prime interest rate for Canadian Dollar demand loans announced from time to time by any Canadian chartered bank designated by the Landlord. Such interest shall be calculated on a daily basis and compounded monthly from the time such amounts first become due and payable until such amounts and all interest thereon are paid in full by the Tenant to the Landlord.
