Rent Payment Procedures Clause Samples

The RENT PAYMENT PROCEDURES clause outlines the methods and requirements for tenants to pay rent to the landlord. It typically specifies the due date for rent payments, acceptable forms of payment such as checks or electronic transfers, and the address or account where payments should be sent. By clearly defining these procedures, the clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over payment timing and methods, ensuring both parties are aware of their obligations and reducing the risk of late or missed payments.
