Taxes on Rent. In addition to Tenant’s Share of Increased Taxes, the Tenant shall pay to the appropriate agency any sales, excise and other tax (not including, however, the Landlord’s income taxes) levied, imposed or assessed by the State of Maryland or any political subdivision thereof or other taxing authority upon any Rent payable hereunder. The Tenant shall also pay, prior to the time the same shall become delinquent of payable with penalty, all taxes imposed on its inventory, furniture, trade fixtures, apparatus, equipment, leasehold improvements installed by the Tenant or by the Landlord on behalf of the Tenant and any other property of the Tenant.
Taxes on Rent. The Rent provided for in this Lease is exclusive of any sales or other tax or charge upon, based upon or measured by rents payable to Landlord hereunder, or any tax or other charge based upon or measured by the number of employees of Tenant, or any other tax that is not currently in effect. If during the Term any such tax or other charge becomes payable by Landlord to any governmental authority, the Rent hereunder shall be deemed increased by such amount upon thirty (30) days’ written notice by Landlord to Tenant. The foregoing does not apply to federal, state or local income, gross receipts, inheritance, gift, succession or franchise taxes payable by Landlord.
Taxes on Rent. Tenant shall further pay to Landlord any and all excise, privilege, sales, rental and other taxes, levied or assessed by any governmental authority upon or measured by the Rent reserved to Landlord under the provisions of this Lease. Such tax shall be paid by Tenant whether or not it comprises a portion of any Real Estate Taxes or real property tax bills.
Taxes on Rent. Tenant shall pay monthly to Landlord any sales, use or other tax (excluding state and federal income tax) now or hereafter imposed by the United States of America, the State of Florida or any political subdivision of them, on any form of Rent due under this Lease, or in substitution for any Rent, notwithstanding the fact that the Law imposing the tax may endeavor to impose such tax on Landlord.
Taxes on Rent. Tenant shall also pay, prior to the time the same shall become delinquent or payable with penalty, all taxes imposed on its inventory, furniture, trade fixtures, apparatus, equipment, Leasehold Improvements installed by Tenant or by Landlord on behalf of Tenant (except to the extent such Leasehold Improvements or Alterations shall be covered by Taxes referred to in Subsection 12.1 hereof), and any other property of Tenant.
Taxes on Rent. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, in addition to and together with the Rent payable hereunder, a sum equal to the aggregate of any municipal, city, county, state or federal excise, sales, use or transaction privilege taxes levied or imposed against or on account of the amounts payable hereunder or the receipts thereof by Landlord (except state, federal or any other income taxes imposed or levied against Landlord).
Taxes on Rent. Tenant shall pay all sales, use, and excise taxes levied, assessed, or payable on all amounts payable under this Lease (which taxes shall be paid to Landlord along with each monthly installment of rent), or on, or on account of, the leasing of the Premises to Tenant.

Tenant shall pay to Landlord as Additional Rent any and all taxes or excises on Rent or on other sums or charges required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease, and gross receipts tax, transaction privilege tax or other tax, however described, which is levied or assessed by the United States of America, the state in which the Building is located or any city, municipality or political subdivision thereof, against Landlord in respect to the Base Rent, Additional Rent or other charges payable under this Lease or as a result of Landlord's receipt of such Rents or other charges accruing under this Lease (collectively, "Rent Tax"). Rent Tax shall be paid by Tenant to Landlord concurrently with each payment of Base Rent.
