Rent Regulations. If the rent to be paid by the Lessee to the Lessor hereunder, whether pursuant to Paragraph 2 or Paragraph 24, is subject to regulation by law, then the rent to be so paid shall be the maximum rental permitted by said laws but in no event in excess of the rent provided for or determined in accordance with the applicable provisions of this Lease Agreement.
