Rental Facilities. Rentals are NOT allowed inside the historic structures or the site visitor center. The hayfield adjacent to the Historic Site is PRIVATE PROPERTY; please notify your guests of this and ensure that no one in your group trespasses on this property. The rental time includes all time spent on the Historic Site property, including set-up, photography, and clean-up. All evening events must conclude by 10:00 pm to allow for the necessary clean-up of the event. The $25 Application Fee is due at the time of submission. $150 for the first two (2) hours and $100 per hour after that, up to a maximum of eight (8) hours. $150 per hour a la carte with a 2-hour minimum and 8-hour maximum. 4-Hour Discount Deal: $500 flat rate (save $100)

Rental Facilities. The facilities to be rented consist of the main meeting room, the kitchen, the front porch and the lawn area. While the parking area, the bathrooms, and docks may be used by the renting party, the renting party understands that these facilities as well as access to the clubhouse locker area will be kept open for use by club members during the period of the rental. No parking of any vehicles is to be made in any area except in the parking lot (Route 1 side of railroad tracks); the club driveway may be used only temporarily and strictly for the unloading and loading of vehicles. CONDUCT: Noise must be kept to an acceptable level. There is no smoking inside of the clubhouse nor any open flames, including candles, allowed inside the clubhouse. No grills or barbeque fires are allowed on the decks, docks, or the lawn. All grilling and barbeques must be in the existing fire pit located at the far end of the parking lot. Please review and sign both copies of the contract. Rental Facilities. 1. Mansion Gallery: Includes the Ball Room and North Salon, Loggia and Restrooms on Lower Level. Use of the Bridal Room is also included. The grand piano in the Ballroom is available for use, but may only be played by a trained pianist. Ballroom Capacity: Theater Seating 140, Dinner Seating 104, Standing 120. North Salon Capacity: Standing 120. 2. Mansion Lower Level: Includes the Inner Lounge, Outer Lounge, ▇▇▇▇ Kitchen and Restrooms. Use of the Bridal Room is included with the Lower Level rental. A stage located in the Outer Lounge is available for Event use. Inner & Outer Lounge Capacity: Theater Seating 140, Dinner Seating 104, Standing 200. 3. Mansion North Terrace, North Grounds, and East Terrace: These areas are adjacent to the Mansion Gallery and are only available for rent with rental of the Mansion Gallery or Mansion Lower Level.
