I have been advised and understand that residency at this property entails certain income restrictions and that residency is subject to qualification. I agree that in addition to execution of a Lease Agreement that I will execute a tenant certification attesting to the information contained herein which certification will be made under the penalty of perjury. The security deposit is refundable during the application process if the application is not approved by EMG or if cancelled by the applicant within 24 hrs of application submittal. I hereby waive any claim to damages by reason of non-acceptance. Upon acceptance of this application, this deposit shall be applied to the move-in costs.
