Common use of Rental Vehicle Usage Clause in Contracts

Rental Vehicle Usage. Renter must operate the Rental Vehicle safely in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and in compliance with all terms and conditions of the Rental Contract, including, but not limited to: (i) Complying with passenger seating “seat belt” law and “child restraint” (ii) Neither causing nor permitting any repairs or adjustments to be made to the Rental Vehicle in excess of seventy five US dollars (iii) In the event of an accident resulting in injury to Rental Vehicle (iv) Reporting any theft of the Rental Vehicle or it’s equipment (v) Driving on paved, maintained roads only; stopping, parking and (vi) Agreeing that the Smoke detector (if any), propane leak detector (vii) Performing safety inspections, including lights, tires, engine,
