Renter Responsibilities a. RENTER agrees to be completely responsible for any and all damages which may occur, either as a result of accidents or intentional acts by renter, guests, and/or vendors secured by the RENTER.

Renter Responsibilities. You are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period. • This includes but is not limited to: damage to the vehicle, nails in tires, tickets, tolls, cleanliness of the car upon return, and ensuring the vehicle is returned with the same amount of gas.

Renter Responsibilities. While Equipment is in possession of the Renter, the Renter is responsible for any and all preventative maintenance. Renter responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ● Providing qualified, trained, and licensed operator ● Checking oil and fluid levels daily and adding fluids as necessary ● Daily greasing of Equipment ● Cleaning air filters regularly ● Changing oil filters as required ● Repairing flat or damaged tires or tracks ● Paying all operating, maintenance, and expenses ● Supplying all insurance required to operate machine ● Returning equipment in clean condition Additionally, all equipment must be returned with a full tank of fuel (gasoline or diesel) and diesel exhaust fluid (DEF). Failure to do so will result in fuel charges at the rate of $7.00 per gallon.
Renter Responsibilities i. It is the responsibility of the renter to know the status of their locker rental, whether they want to renew before the expiry date and clean it out once it expires.
