Rentals To Be Net to Lessor. The Base Annual Rental payable hereunder shall be net to Lessor, so that this Lease shall yield to Lessor the rentals specified during the Lease Term, and that all costs, expenses and obligations of every kind and nature whatsoever relating to the Properties shall be performed and paid by Lessee, except for costs and expenses which Lessor has expressly agreed to pay under this Lease.
