  • Fees and Payments Registry Operator shall pay the Registry-Level Fees to ICANN on a quarterly basis in accordance with Section 7.2 hereof.

  • Fees and Payment 2.1 All fees payable are due within 30 days from the invoice date. Once placed, Your order is non-cancelable and the sums paid nonrefundable, except as provided in this Agreement or Your order. You will pay any sales, value- added or other similar taxes imposed by applicable law that we must pay based on the Services You ordered, except for taxes based on our income. Fees for Services listed in an order are exclusive of taxes and expenses. 2.2 If You exceed the quantity of Services ordered, then You promptly must purchase and pay fees for the excess quantity. 2.3 You understand that You may receive multiple invoices for the Services ordered.   • Disbursements and Payments Each disbursement by the Bank and each payment by the Borrower will be: (a) made at the Bank's branch (or other location) selected by the Bank from time to time; (b) made for the account of the Bank's branch selected by the Bank from time to time; (c) made in immediately available funds, or such other type of funds selected by the Bank; (d) evidenced by records kept by the Bank. In addition, the Bank may, at its discretion, require the Borrower to sign one or more promissory notes.

  • Costs and Payments During the period that Sprint PCS is curing a breach or operating the Service Area Network under this Section 11.6.3, Sprint PCS and Manager will continue to make any and all payments due to the other party and to third parties under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any other agreements to which such party is bound, except that Sprint PCS may deduct from its payments to Manager all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS in connection with the exercise of its right under this Section 11.6.3. Sprint PCS' operation of the Service Area Network pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 is not a substitution for Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement and does not relieve Manager of its other obligations under this agreement.

  • Deposits and Payments A $1,500 per person deposit is required with your reservation. A second deposit in the amount of $2,500 is due 3/30/24. Final payment is due 5/10/24. All payments can be made by credit card or check.

  • Advances and Payments (a) On the date requested by the Borrower for the funding of each Loan, the Agent shall be authorized (but not obligated) to advance, for the account of each of the Lenders, the amount of the Loan to be made by it in accordance with provisions of Article 2 hereof. Each of the Lenders hereby authorizes and requests the Agent to advance for its account, pursuant to the terms hereof, the amount of the Loan to be made by it, and each of the Lenders agrees forthwith to reimburse the Agent in immediately available funds for the amount so advanced on its behalf by the Agent. If any such reimbursement is not made in immediately available funds on the same day on which the Agent shall have made any such amount available on behalf of any Lender, such Lender shall pay interest to the Agent at a rate per annum equal to the Agent's cost of obtaining overnight funds in the New York Federal Funds Market for the first day following the time when such Lender fails to make the required reimbursement, and thereafter at a rate per annum equal to the Alternate Rate. (b) Any amounts received by the Agent in connection with this Agreement or the Notes the application of which is not otherwise provided for, shall be applied, first, to pay accrued but unpaid Commitment Fees in accordance with the Lenders' unused Commitments, second, to pay accrued but unpaid interest on the Notes in proportion to the amounts owed to each Lender, third, to repay the principal balance outstanding on the Notes (allocated in accordance with the outstanding amounts thereof owing to each Lender as set forth on the Schedule of Commitments attached as Schedule 1.1 hereto) and fourth, to pay other amounts payable to the Agent. All amounts to be paid to any of the Lenders by the Agent shall be credited to the Lenders, after collection by the Agent, in immediately available funds either by wire transfer or deposit in such Lender's correspondent account with the Agent, or as such Lender and the Agent shall from time to time agree.

  • FEES AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE The fees and payment schedule for furnishing services under this Contract shall be based on the rate schedule which is attached hereto as Exhibit B and by this reference incorporated herein. Said fees shall remain in effect for the entire term of the Contract. Contractor shall provide County with his/her/its Federal Tax I.D. number prior to submitting the first invoice.

  • Fees and Payment Terms 4.1. When Customer’s Fees are Due: All Fees charged under the Agreement are due and payable on the due date quoted on the invoices generated by Aptum, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.   • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder. If the County does not approve work in writing no payment shall be due to the Contractor for that work. 5.5.2 The Contractor’s invoices shall be priced in accordance with Exhibit B - Pricing Schedule. 5.5.3 The Contractor’s invoices shall contain the information set forth in Exhibit A - Statement of Work describing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, work hours, and facility and/or other work for which payment is claimed. 5.5.4 The Contractor shall submit the monthly invoices to the County by the 15th calendar day of the month following the month of service. 5.5.5 All invoices under this Contract shall be submitted to the County Project Manager in one (1) set to the following address: County of Los Angeles Chief Executive Office, Service Integration Branch 000 X.   • Collection and Payment The Trustees shall have power to collect all property due to the Trust; to pay all claims, including taxes, against the Trust Property or the Trust, the Trustees or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust; to prosecute, defend, compromise or abandon any claims relating to the Trust Property or the Trust, or the Trustees or any officer, employee or agent of the Trust; to foreclose any security interest securing any obligations, by virtue of which any property is owed to the Trust; and to enter into releases, agreements and other instruments. Except to the extent required for a corporation formed under the Delaware General Corporation Law, the Shareholders shall have no power to vote as to whether or not a court action, legal proceeding or claim should or should not be brought or maintained derivatively or as a class action on behalf of the Trust or the Shareholders.
