Renunciation of Part of the Loan. The Borrower, with the concurrence of the Guarantor, if any, may renounce, by notice to the Bank, its right to utilize any part of the Loan which has not been disbursed before the receipt of such notice, provided that the resources of the Loan are not subject to the guarantee of an irrevocable letter of credit, pursuant to Article 8.04 of these General Conditions.
