Common use of RENUNCIATION OF RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

RENUNCIATION OF RIGHTS. The Contractor, by notice to the Authority, shall have the right to renounce its rights and terminate this contract without penalty, provided that the Contractor shall remain liable for all obligations accrued prior to the date of such renunciation and those obligations required to be fulfilled after termination in accordance with the Regulations.
