Common use of Reopen Clause Clause in Contracts

Reopen Clause. Reopening of negotiations under this paragraph shall be strictly limited to the issue of how the total compensation agreed to in this Negotiated Agreement will be allocated between salary and non-indexed compensation; all other terms of this Negotiated Agreement, including the amount of total compensation, are agreed upon and not subject to further negotiations.
