REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF PRACTICE SITES. All of the lessee maintenance and repair obligations for the Practice Sites required to be provided pursuant to the terms of any Practice Site lease or similar agreement, and any and all other maintenance and repairs to Practice Sites which Manager determines to be necessary or appropriate for the efficient and proper operation of Group.
