REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT. It is understood and agreed that it shall not be a violation of this License, either during or after the Term of this License, for Keysight to repair or refurbish any Licensed Product or Legacy Product bearing a Licensed Xxxx, or to sell or distribute any such refurbished or repaired Licensed Product or Legacy Product, as long as such activity is not misleading or would otherwise cause consumer confusion.
