Repair Cost. In relation to any Repair Cost which has been funded or partly funded by the Authority or under any Required Insurances (“Damage Funding”), PPP Co. will take such funding and the timing of such repair or replacement into account in preparing and agreeing with the Authority the Planned Maintenance Programme and any savings will be offset against any future adjustments to the Unitary Charge pursuant to Clause 57 (Financial Adjustments) otherwise, the savings will be shared equally between PPP Co. and the Authority.
