Common use of Repair Estimate Clause in Contracts

Repair Estimate. If the Premises or the Building are damaged by a Casualty, Landlord shall, within ninety (90) days after such Casualty, deliver a Damage Notice to Tenant containing a good faith estimate of the time needed to repair the damage caused by such Casualty.
