Common use of Repair of Collateral Damage Clause in Contracts

Repair of Collateral Damage. Unless otherwise instructed by Owner, Design/Builder shall repair and return to original condition all buildings, streets, curbs, sidewalks, utilities or other facilities affected by Design/Builder's performance of the Construction Work.
