Common use of REPAIR OF STRUCTURE Clause in Contracts

REPAIR OF STRUCTURE. To repair, replace and maintain the structural parts of the Building, and to perform such repairs, replacements and maintenance with reasonable dispatch, and in a good and workmanlike manner, at any time and from time to time, and notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the Tenant shall not be entitled to compensation for any inconvenience, nuisance or discomfort occasioned thereby.
