Common use of Repair Period Clause in Contracts

Repair Period. Seller agrees to repair a particular type of Product for a period of at least five (5) years following delivery of the last unit of such Product delivered under this Agreement. Seller agrees to provide and maintain an adequate stock of parts peculiar to the Product during this time period. Further, Seller will provide Buyer a last buy opportunity on any components or sub-assemblies to be discontinued or no longer available.
