Common use of Repair Provisions Clause in Contracts

Repair Provisions. Subject to the provisions of Section 18.4 below, if the Building or the Premises are damaged by fire or other casualty, Landlord shall repair or cause Agent to repair the damage and restore and rebuild the Building and/or the Premises (except for Tenant's Property) with reasonable dispatch after (a) notice to it of the damage or destruction and (b) the collection of the insurance proceeds attributable to such damage, and Tenant shall repair the damage to and restore and repair Tenant's Property, with reasonable dispatch after such damage or destruction. Such work by Tenant shall be deemed Alterations for the purposes of this Lease.

Such work by Tenant shall be deemed Alterations for the purposes of this Lease.
