REPAIRS BY CONTRACTOR Sample Clauses
The 'Repairs by Contractor' clause defines the contractor's responsibility to fix any defects or damage in the work they have performed. It may also outline procedures for notifying the contractor of needed repairs and set timeframes for completion. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the quality of work meets agreed standards and to provide a clear process for correcting deficiencies, thereby protecting the interests of the client or property owner.
