Common use of Repairs During Redemption Clause in Contracts

Repairs During Redemption. In the event of a judicial foreclosure, the purchaser during any redemption period may make such repairs and alterations to the Property as may be reasonably necessary for the proper operation, care, preservation, protection and insuring of the Property. Any sums so paid, together with interest from the date of the expenditure at the rate provided in the judgment will be added to the amount required to be paid for redemption of the Property.
