Repayment at Final Maturity Date. (a) Unless previously redeemed or purchased and cancelled, the Junior Subordinated Notes shall become finally due and payable, and shall be repaid, on the Final Maturity Date at a price equal to the principal amount thereof, together with accrued and unpaid interest on the Junior Subordinated Notes to, but excluding, the Final Maturity Date.

Each Lender, acting in its sole discretion, shall, not later than a date 30 days after its receipt of any such notice from the Administrative Agent, notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent in writing of its election to extend or not to extend the Existing Maturity Date with respect to its Commitment. Any Lender which shall not timely notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of its election to extend the Existing Maturity Date shall be deemed not to have elected to extend the Existing Maturity Date with respect to its Commitment (any Lender who timely notifies the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of an election not to extend or fails to timely notify the Borrowers and the Administrative Agent of its election being referred to as a “Terminating Lender” and all such Lenders, collectively, the “Terminating Lenders”). The election of any Lender to agree to a requested extension shall not obligate any other Lender to agree to such requested extension.

  • Extension of the Maturity Date (a) Borrower shall have the option to extend the term of the Loan beyond the Initial Maturity Date for one year, until the First Extended Maturity Date, upon satisfaction of the following terms and conditions:

  • Extension of Revolving Credit Maturity Date The Borrower shall have the right and option to extend the Revolving Credit Maturity Date in respect of the Total Revolving Credit Commitment or portion thereof, if reduced in accordance with §2.4, a total of two (2) times for a period of twelve (12) months each upon satisfaction of the following conditions precedent, which must be satisfied prior to the effectiveness of any extension of the Revolving Credit Maturity Date:

  • Payment at Maturity On the Final Maturity Date or any accelerated maturity of the Loan, the Borrower will pay to the Agent for the account of the Lenders an amount equal to the portion of the Loan then due, together with all accrued and unpaid interest thereon and all other Credit Obligations then outstanding.

  • Maturity Dates Unless previously terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Commitments shall terminate on the Maturity Date.
