Payments at Maturity. On or about the first Business Day of each month, the Trustee will deliver to the Company and DTC a written list of principal, interest and premium, if any, to be paid on each Book-Entry Note maturing either at Stated Maturity or on a Redemption Date or on an optional repayment date (if any) in the following month. The Trustee, the Company and DTC will confirm the amounts of such principal and interest payments with respect to a Book-Entry Note on or about the fifth Business Day preceding the Maturity of such Book-Entry Note.
