Common use of REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT. Upon the Issuer or, as the case may be, the Guarantor being discharged from its obligation to make payments in respect of any Notes pursuant to the relevant Conditions, and provided that there is no outstanding, bona fide and proper claim in respect of any such payments, the Agent shall forthwith on demand pay to the Issuer or, as the case may be, the Guarantor sums equivalent to any amounts paid to it by the Issuer or, as the case may be, the Guarantor for the purposes of such payments.
