Common use of REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT Clause in Contracts

REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT. Upon the Issuer being discharged from its obligation to make payments or other deliveries in respect of any Securities pursuant to the relevant Conditions, and provided that there is no outstanding, bona fide and proper claim in respect of any such payments, the Agent shall forthwith on written demand pay to the Issuer sums equivalent to any amounts paid to it by the Issuer for the purposes of such payments.

REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT. Upon the any Issuer being discharged from its obligation to make payments or other deliveries in respect of any Securities Notes pursuant to the relevant Conditions, and provided to the extent that there is no outstanding, bona fide and proper claim in respect of any such payments, the Agent shall forthwith on written demand immediately pay to the relevant Issuer sums equivalent to any amounts paid to it by the relevant Issuer for the purposes of such payments.

Upon the Issuer being discharged from its obligation to make payments or other deliveries in respect of any Securities pursuant to the relevant Terms and Conditions, and provided that there is no outstanding, bona fide and proper claim in respect of any such payments, the Agent shall forthwith on written demand pay to the Issuer sums equivalent to any amounts paid to it by the Issuer for the purposes of such payments.
