REPAYMENT BY THE AGENT. Upon the Corporation being discharged from its obligation to make payments in respect of any Notes pursuant to the relevant Terms and Conditions, and provided that there is no outstanding, bona fide and proper claim in respect of any such payments, the Agent shall forthwith on written demand pay to the Corporation sums equivalent to any amounts paid to it by the Corporation for the purposes of such payments.
