Repayment Obligation. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, Participant acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement and the Award described herein (and any settlement thereof) shall be subject to (i) the Corporation’s recoupment policy, as may be in effect from time to time (the “Compensation Recovery Policy”), and (ii) the recoupment obligations described in the Compensation Recovery Policy.
