Common use of Repayment of Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Repayment of Credit Facility. The Principal Amount owing to a Lender, if any, on the Credit Facility Termination Date applicable to such Lender will be paid by the Borrower to the Agent on behalf of such Lender in full, together with all accrued but unpaid interest and fees thereon and all other amounts owing to such Lender under the Credit Facility, if any, on such date.
