Repayment of Funds. The Municipality shall repay Funds to UCPR where: (a) The Municipality has used the Funds for a purpose not agreed to by UCPR; (b) The Municipality still has Funds under its charge, management or control upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement; (c) The Municipality receives an overpayment by UCPR and is notified by UCPR of said overpayment, within fifteen (15) Business Days of receiving a written demand from UCPR.
