Repayment of Principal. 8.1 Subject to this Deed, the Issuer shall repay Principal by making the Annual Principal Repayment in semi-annual instalments following the end of each Cash Return Period, each instalment amount being equal to fifty per cent (50%) of the Annual Principal Repayment.
