Common use of Repayment on Demand Clause in Contracts

Repayment on Demand. If, pursuant to paragraph (a) of Clause 27.17 (Acceleration), the Facility Agent declares all or any part of the Outstandings to be due and payable on demand of the Facility Agent, then, and at any time thereafter, the Facility Agent may (and, if so instructed by an Instructing Group, shall) by written notice to the Company:

Repayment on Demand. If, pursuant to paragraph (ab) of Clause 27.17 23.15 (Acceleration), the Facility Agent declares all or any part of the Outstandings to be due and payable on demand of the Facility Agent, then, and at any time thereafter, the Facility Agent may (and, if so instructed by an Instructing Group, shall) by written notice to the CompanyBidco:

Repayment on Demand. If, pursuant to paragraph (ab) of Clause 27.17 25.13 (Acceleration), the Facility Agent declares all or any part of the Outstandings to be due and payable on demand of the Facility Agent, then, and at any time thereafter, the Facility Agent may (and, if so instructed by an Instructing Group, shall) by written notice to the CompanyParent:
