Repayment Without Proof of Sale. In the event the Producer fails to provide proof of sale as required by this Agreement, the Producer shall pay RWPS Interest from the date of the Advance to the date of repayment of the Advance Indebtedness in full calculated on the excess of the Advance over any payment made pursuant to paragraph 3.4(d)(ii) above to the date of repayment;
