Common use of Repetition of representations and warranties Clause in Contracts

Repetition of representations and warranties. On and as of the Delivery Date and (except in relation to the representations and warranties in clauses 2.3, 2.4 and 5) each Interest Payment Date during the Charter Period, the Charterer and the Charter Guarantor shall be deemed to repeat the representations and warranties in clauses 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4 as if made with reference to the facts and circumstances existing on such day.
