Common use of Replaced Hardware and Components Clause in Contracts

Replaced Hardware and Components. All non-consumable hardware and Components removed and replaced during an Airframe or Engine repair shall become the property of AEPC™ and may not be destroyed or removed from the OEM Authorized, FAA Licensed Repair Facility acceptable to AEPC™ without the prior written consent of AEPC™.
