REPLACEMENT ITEMS. The State may permit the Contractor to offer a replacement model or a replacement Product Line if the model series or the Product Line originally awarded is discontinued, replaced, or made unavailable by the OEM. Pricing for such replacement items shall be based on the current OEM Pricelist for the replacement item and the previously agreed upon Contract discounts.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. The Company undertakes to replace worn out tape refills and metal squares when the worn out items are returned.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. Articles of personal apparel damaged or destroyed during the course of an employee’s assigned performance of duty or in the performance of police duty not caused by the employee's negligence, shall be repaired or replaced at the expense of the Employer.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. The Department shall replace protective gear and department issued work uniforms (both Class A and B) as they become damaged, worn out, or cease to fit, provided the employee turns in such items in order to receive a replacement. Uniforms and/or protective gear issued by the Department shall reasonably be replaced with new items upon request. Upon separation from service, all uniforms, clothing, and equipment shall be returned to the Department and the employee shall not be held liable for any returned gear that has wear or damage due to normal use and operation. Employees shall maintain their equipment and uniforms in a safe, serviceable, and neat appearing manner. An allowance of $150 per fiscal year will be supplied by the Department for the replacement of uniform footwear, in accordance with the quartermaster system.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. If you wish to replace a sink, faucet, toilet, etc. that is in working condition but for cosmetic reasons you would like them replaced, you can contact the Maintenance Department and make your request. The item and the labor will be subsequently billed to you. The Mutual will only replace appliances/faucets that cannot be repaired. If you replace any item with other than our standard issue, the maintenance of the item will become your responsibility. If you choose to bring in your own refrigerator, you must get approval of the Mutual president, and then you will pay the labor cost of transporting the existing refrigerator to our Maintenance yard. Later, if you sell your apartment (share of stock) you will be responsible for removing your refrigerator and purchasing new one through the Purchasing Department unless the new owner accepts the refrigerator as a “nonstandard item.” Residents may decorate apartment interiors such as painting/wallpaper, carpets, vinyl floor covering, and window coverings. Exteriors must remain as they are painted. Alterations to the structure of an apartment or patio may be made with the approval of the Mutual Board of Directors and the Physical Property Department. Such work may be performed only by contractors holding operating authorities from both the Leisure World Physical Property Department and the City of Seal Beach. If you plan to remodel before or soon after you move in, immediately notify the Physical Property Department, Property Inspector at 431-6586, extension 352/353. The cost of the repairing and maintaining said structural changes shall become the responsibility of the shareholder/resident and subsequent shareholders and residents of said apartment. Permanent roofing over the approved remodeling or expansion will be maintained by the Mutual. The Mutual will maintain only the flashing around skylights; the dome is the responsibility of the resident. Contractors making structural changes are permitted to work only from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and are not permitted to work on weekends or holidays. Painters, carpet and linoleum layers and others doing work not requiring city or Golden Rain inspection may work on Saturdays with the approval of the Mutual President. TV Dish Installation You must get a permit from Physical Property Department for installation of a TV dish and the installation must be according to the specification issued by them.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. In the maintenance of any product, Revcord may use new, remanufactured, or refurbished parts, assemblies, or products. All defective parts, assemblies, or products become the property of Revcord. Revcord may require the return of these parts, assemblies, or products to a designated Revcord Depot or the Revcord representative from which the part, assembly, or product was originally purchased. Returns and claims will be handled according to the current Revcord procedure.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. Watches and articles of medical necessity and/or medically prescribed items damaged or destroyed during a physical altercation when an employee is acting in the line of duty or in the performance of duty not caused by the employee's negligence, shall be repaired or replaced at the expense of the Employer. Employer’s cost for watch replacement and/or repair shall not exceed $30.00 (thirty dollars). Employees must be able to support the value of the property requesting replacement and a copy of the receipt of purchase must accompany the request for compensatory replacement. The Employer will not compensate for damaged jewelry, cell phones, or other non-medically prescribed items damaged while on duty.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. After each procedure, the Xxxxx X Xxxxxx VA Medical Center will provide a list of items used and the contractor will provide replacements within 48 hours. Replacements will be shipped/delivered FOB Destination. Contractor will ship products directly to Xxxxx X Xxxxxx VA Medical Center at no additional charge.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS. During any year, items can be replaced on a fair wear and tear basis. The additional items will be nominally deducted from any future allocation.
