Replacement of Arbitrators. If in an arbitration proceeding under this Chapter the original arbitration panel, or some of its members, are unable to participate, withdraw, or need to be replaced because they do not comply with the requirements of the Code of Conduct set out in Annex VI, the procedure set out in Article 177 shall apply. The time limit for the delivery of the report may be extended for the time necessary for the appointment of a new arbitrator but for no longer than 20 days. Article 190
