Coffee Breaks Sample Clauses

Coffee BreaksThe Company will provide two (2) fifteen (15) minute coffee breaks during each work day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
Coffee Breaks. An employee will be allowed a coffee break not in excess of fifteen (15) minutes without loss of pay in the first half shift and a coffee break not in excess of fifteen (15) minutes without loss of pay in the second half shift.
Coffee Breaks. There shall be a fifteen (15) minute break in the first half of the regular work shift, and a fifteen (15) minute break in the second half of the regular work shift.
Coffee BreaksEmployees who work full days will be permitted two fifteen-minute coffee breaks or one one-half hour coffee break per day, as distances warrant. Employees who work half days are entitled to one fifteen-minute coffee break. Unused coffee breaks may not be used to alter hours of work in any day. Breaks will be arranged to maintain at least minimal service in any area.
Coffee Breaks. Two (2) breaks of ten (10) minutes each but not more shall be allowed during the regular shift. Time of these breaks shall be mutually agreed upon and the entire crew may take the break simultaneously. Where work is scheduled for a period of ten (10) hours, a third rest break will be taken at the end of eight (8) hours. On unscheduled overtime, employees shall be entitled to a third break on the same basis as applies for scheduled overtime.
Coffee Breaks. Full-time Employees shall be entitled to two (2) coffee breaks during their regularly scheduled workday. Each coffee break shall not exceed fifteen (15) minutes in length and such breaks will be taken at times approved by the appropriate supervisor, normally one during the first half and one during the second half of the workday. Continuous Part-time employees working a shift of five (5) hours or less will be provided with one (1) paid fifteen (15) minute work break. Continuous Part-time employees working greater than a five (5) hour shift will be provided with two (2) paid fifteen (15) minute work breaks which may be combined into one (1) break period at the employee’s option. Part-time employees working a seven and one- half (7½ ) hour shift will be given the same lunch and work break periods as full-time employees.

Coffee BreaksAn employee whose shift is four (4) hours or more per day but less than six and one half (6 1/2) is entitled to one (1) fifteen (15) minute paid coffee break. An employee whose shift is six and one half hours (6 1/2) hours or greater is entitled to two (2) fifteen (15) minute paid breaks. No employee will be expected to perform the duties of their job while on break, except in the case of an emergency.
Coffee Breaks. There shall be a fifteen (15) minute break in the first half of the regular work shift. The coffee break period will be between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a. m. Any deviation from this time period necessitated by work assignment must be ap- proved by the employee's supervisor. The coffee break may be taken in any location, provided that the employee is within one-half (1/2) mile of said location at the time the coffee break period begins. Travel to and from the work site to the location of the break by employees must be within the fifteen minute break period.
