Common use of Replacement of Committee Members Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Committee Members. (a) HMQ and MAG shall be entitled to replace any of their respective representatives on the Works Committee by written notice to Project Co. HMQ will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver prior written notice of any such replacements to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Works Committee with the prior written consent of HMQ, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Replacement of Committee Members. (a) HMQ Each of HMQ, ORC and MAG shall be entitled to replace any of their respective representatives on the Works Facilities Management Committee by written notice to Project Co. HMQ will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver and to cause ORC and MAG to deliver prior written notice of any such replacements replacement to Project Co. Project Co may replace any of its representatives on the Works Facilities Management Committee with the prior written consent of HMQ, not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
