Common use of Replacement of Expert Clause in Contracts

Replacement of Expert. if the expert does not make a determination within six weeks from the date of his or her appointment (or within the time agreed by the parties), or relinquishes his or her appointment, or dies, or for any other reason is unable to complete the determination, another expert will be appointed. This clause 21.6 will apply in relation to that appointment;
