Replacement of Project Leaders. Except as otherwise mutually agreed to in writing in the applicable Statement of Work, each Party to a Statement of Work may, in its sole discretion, appoint an adequately qualified new or alternate Project Leader for each Project to manage its obligations hereunder. Each Party to a Statement of Work agrees to provide the other Parties with written notification if and when such Party appoints a new or alternate Project Leader.
