Replacement Services. In the event this Agreement is terminated in whole or in part as provided herein, Town may procure, upon such terms and in such manner as it may determine appropriate, services similar to those terminated.

Replacement Services. This agreement does NOT cover orthodontic or prosthetic appliances or space maintainers that are misplaced, lost, or stolen.
Replacement Services. If a card machine develops a fault and you wish to use the replacement services, please contact us. We will try to give you a replacement card machine by the end of the next business day after your request, but this may not always be possible. Any replacement card machine will be of a similar or improved specification, but may be new or refurbished. Our replacement service does not cover the following: ● accidental damage to a card machine ● damage caused to a card machine or any part of it through misuse or malicious damage ● theft or loss of a card machine ● faulty batteries or battery packs ● faults in, or caused by, any third-party device or attachment that we do not provide. We may charge you for our costs in arranging a replacement for a card machine that we find not to be faulty, or that we replace for one of the above reasons, and so our replacement service does not cover it.
Replacement Services any services that are identical or substantially similar to any of the Services and which the Authority receives in substitution for any of the Services following the termination or expiry of this agreement, whether those services are provided by the Authority internally or by any Replacement Service Provider.
Replacement Services. If NAB and its Subsidiaries are (i) unable to provide any Service for any reason outside NAB’s control or (ii) excused from providing any Service by reason of Section 2.3(b), NAB shall use its, or shall cause its Subsidiaries to use their respective, commercially reasonable efforts to provide to the applicable Service Recipient substantially equivalent services and support in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (such service and support, a “Replacement Service”). Any Replacement Service provided pursuant to this Section 2.2 shall be considered a Service for all purposes of this Agreement, and the Parties shall amend Exhibit A as appropriate to include the terms of any such Replacement Service.
Replacement Services. If any Party is (i) unable to, or unable to continue to, provide or procure the provision of any Service for which it is identified as the Service Provider on the Schedules hereto for any reason outside such Party’s control or (ii) excused from providing or procuring any Service by reason of Section 2.4(b), the Service Provider shall immediately notify the Service Recipient and shall use its, or shall cause its Subsidiaries to use their respective, commercially reasonable efforts to promptly provide to or procure for the applicable Service Recipient substantially equivalent services and support in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (such service and support, a “Replacement Service”). In the event that a Service Provider is required to provide or procure a Replacement Service, the Parties will reasonably cooperate in good faith to revise the applicable Project Card pursuant to Section 2.9(a) and will enter into an amendment to this Agreement, amending the applicable Schedule to reflect such Replacement Service, and such Replacement Service shall be deemed to be part of this Agreement and the Services from and after the effective date of such amendment; provided, however, that the Service Fee is agreed upon in writing by the Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, BNPP’s written agreement shall not be required with respect to amendments to Schedule A, Schedule B, Schedule C and Schedule D, and neither BWHI’s nor BoW’s approval shall be required with respect to amendments to Schedule E.
Replacement Services. For claim- ants who suffer physical harm and did not have any prior earned income or who worked only part time outside the home, economic loss may be deter- mined with reference to replacement services and similar measures.

Replacement Services. Except as more specifically described in the Statements of Work or the Financial Responsibility Matrix, Supplier shall, and at no additional cost to Gap other than any applicable ARCs and the terms of any New Services, replace, upgrade, and provide additional Supplier Equipment as may be necessary for Supplier to perform the Services in accordance with the Service Levels and as provided in this Agreement.
Replacement Services. If either Party commits a material breach of this Agreement in its provision or usage of Services that has a significant impact on the non-breaching Party’s ability to conduct a material aspect of its business and the breaching Party is unable to cure such breach within twenty-four (24) hours of notice of such breach, the non-breaching Party may obtain replacement services from a third party that are comparable to the Services until the breach is cured or this Agreement is terminated, and the breaching Party will reimburse all commercially reasonable costs incurred by the non-breaching Party to obtain such replacement services until the breach is cured or this Agreement is terminated.
