Replacement Terms. If Interconnection Customer exercises its right to terminate its obligations under this Article 4.3.1, Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider shall use good faith efforts to negotiate an amendment to this LGIA imposing obligations on Interconnection Customer to meet reliability criteria satisfactory to Transmission Provider.
