Replication. Reseller agrees that it will accurately replicate the Software and Documentation, and warrants that all Software distributed by the Reseller will not contain any viruses, worms, date bombs, or other code that is specifically designed to cause the Software to cease operating, or to damage, interrupt, or interfere with any End User's Software or data.
