End User Warranties. Vendor will provide a warranty for the End Users of the Software as set forth in the End-User License Agreement. Reseller is not authorized to make any other warranties on Vendor's behalf.
End User Warranties. Vendor will provide a warranty for the End Users of the Software as set forth in the End User License Agreement attached as Exhibit B. Electronic Reseller is not authorized to make any other warranties on Vendor's behalf.
End User Warranties. Company will be solely responsible for the distribution, marketing, sales, maintenance, and End User warranties of the Licensed Products, and for providing technical and all other support to distributors and End Users of the Licensed Products. Company will provide all distributors and End Users of the Licensed Products with Company’s contact information (including without limitation Company’s street address and telephone number, and the applicable individual/group responsible for customer support. Such distributor and End User support will be consistent with the then-applicable video game accessory industry standards. Company acknowledges and agrees that Microsoft will have no responsibilities whatsoever for any of the foregoing and that Company will be solely responsible for any and all End User warranty claims.
End User Warranties. Subject to Section 9 hereof, Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Copper Mountain for and against any end user warranty claim offered by Customer that is outside the warranties of Copper Mountain in this Agreement or concurrently delivered with the Equipment (including, but not limited to, consumer warranty claims arising outside the applicable Warranty Period).
End User Warranties. Reseller understands and agrees that the only warranties for the Software offered to End Users will be those set out in the End User Agreement. Reseller may not offer any extended or additional warranties for the Software to any End User. In event of a warranty claim under the End User Agreement, Reseller agrees to cooperate with Tableau in administering the claim. Any warranty refund provided as a remedy pursuant to an End User Agreement shall be provided in accordance with Section 3.4 (Refunds).
End User Warranties. The Product documentation that accompanies the Products when shipped includes a Product warranty that runs directly from Hemosense to the end-user. Other than the warranties made to the end user, HEMOSENSE PROVIDES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT
End User Warranties. End User represents and warrants that (a) End User is buying the Hardware and using the Software for its own use only, and not for resale or export;
End User Warranties. Gravic’s sole warranty for the End Users of the Software is as set forth in the End User Agreement.

End User represents and warrants to Vendor that (i) End User has the full right, power and authority to grant the rights granted herein and to provide the End User Data, access to the End User facilities and network (the “End User System”), and any other End User-provided materials for Vendor’s use; (ii) neither Vendor’s access to or use of the End User Data or the End User System will: (A) give rise to any action or claim by a third party; or (B) cause End User to breach any of its agreements or understandings in relation to the End User Data or the End User System, including without limitation any terms by which End User is bound; (iii) the End User Data will not contain any confidential or proprietary information of a third party that End User does not have the right to provide.
