Inspection; Reports A "full inspection report" comprises a Site Master File (compiled by the manufacturer or by the inspectorate) and a narrative report by the inspectorate. A "detailed report" responds to specific queries about a firm by the other Party.
Other Reports and Filings Promptly, copies of all financial information, proxy materials and other information and reports, if any, which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries shall file with the Securities and Exchange Commission (or any successor thereto) or deliver to holders of its Indebtedness pursuant to the terms of the documentation governing such Indebtedness (or any trustee, agent or other representative therefor).
Recording and Filing Borrower will cause the Loan Documents and all amendments and supplements thereto and substitutions therefor to be recorded, filed, re-recorded and re-filed in such manner and in such places as Lender shall reasonably request, and will pay on demand all such recording, filing, re-recording and re-filing taxes, fees and other charges. Borrower shall reimburse Lender, or its servicing agent, for the costs incurred in obtaining a tax service company to verify the status of payment of taxes and assessments on the Property.
Transaction Reports Subadviser shall provide Investment Manager a daily trade file with information relating to all transactions concerning the allocated portion of the Fund’s assets for which Subadviser is responsible and shall provide Investment Manager with such other information regarding the Fund upon Investment Manager’s reasonable request. Subadviser shall affirm or send a trade file of these transactions as instruction to the custodian of the Fund.
Reports and Filings Assist in the preparation of (but not pay for) all periodic reports by the Fund to its shareholders and all reports and filings required to maintain the registration and qualification of the Funds and Fund shares, or to meet other regulatory or tax requirements applicable to the Fund , under federal and state securities and tax laws.
Accuracy of Reports All reports required to be filed by the Company within the two years prior to the date of this Agreement (the “SEC Reports”) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), have been filed with the SEC, complied at the time of filing in all material respects with the requirements of their respective forms and, except to the extent updated or superseded by any subsequently filed report, were complete and correct in all material respects as of the dates at which the information was furnished, and contained (as of such dates) no untrue statements of a material fact nor omitted to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements contained therein, in light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
Preparation and Filing If and whenever the Company is under an obligation pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement to use its best efforts to effect the registration of any Registrable Shares, the Company shall, as expeditiously as practicable:
Delivery of Reports The Depository shall furnish to Holders of Receipts any reports and communications received from the Corporation which are received by the Depository, as the holder of the Stock, and which the Corporation is required to furnish to the holders of the Stock.
eXtensible Business Reporting Language The interactive data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language included or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement fairly presents the information called for in all material respects and has been prepared in accordance with the Commission’s rules and guidelines applicable thereto.
